For users who purchased subscriptions through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. If you have an unused portion of a subscription and believe you are eligible for a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the relevant purchase to submit your request. Refund eligibility and approval are determined solely by Apple in accordance with their policies.
For users who purchased subscriptions directly through our website, any unused subscription periods have already been processed and refunded automatically to the original payment method.
