Moov Inc's Sanity&Self brand/product is the first guided self-care app, with a mission to bring women the self-care we deserve. We're creating and defining this new category. We provide subscription-based service and content designed to meet our audience's needs in her daily self-care; inspire, excite and connect women through self-care.

You’ll report to Founder/CEO
You'll partner with: Head of Marketing, Head of Product/Engineering

You're an experienced growth leader with a proven record, strategic, scrappy, creative and obsessed with data. You set strategy, iterate based on traction data, define, develop and scale the apps and services through effective user acquisition tactics, product features, and channels. You are a leader who never stops learning and improving yourself. You want to build and grow the growth team into a well-oiled department. You want to make a big impact on the business as well as people's lives. You won’t rest until Sanity&Self is used and loved by every woman on the planet.

Key responsibilities:

Acquire, activate, and retain users of our products
Define and own quantitative metrics for growth
Rapid prototype to experiment and iterate on creative experiments & identify new growth tactics
Come up with creative growth initiatives and work directly with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to plan, implement and drive said growth initiatives
Build, test, evaluate, implement, execute, measure, pivot and repeat growth initiatives
Be the company’s growth engine, constantly coming up with creative and cost-effective solutions to drive meaningful (and measurable) user growth
Identify potential creative channels for user growth and aggressively develop them
Help create growth strategies and be hands-on, scrappy and creative to deliver the results
Build the growth team down the road

Our ideal candidate:

Minimum 5 years of a successful track record of owning and/or growing a digital /app business
A problem solver who takes an equally creative and analytical approach
A passion for ideation and utilizing “out-of-the-box” techniques to drive growth
Proven record with search, optimization, social and viral marketing mechanics
Track record of driving massive user growth at a consumer-facing company
Demonstrated ability to maximize ROI in video advertising
Able to provide high-level or low-level creative ideation and execute by experimenting, testing and measuring
Technically savvy and comfortable with growth tools
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-directed in nature, knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
Excited about challenging yourself every single day in building a company and movement that changes lives and impacts the world in a positive way
